How an engagement runs
The same four steps, at any size.
Timelines depend on the process or product, so there is no standard length. The order does not change.
- 1. Diagnose
- The free Operating Diagnostic finds where the business is slowed down and which package fits. If it is not the right time, we say so.
- 2. Agree the finish line
- We settle on a number that will move and measure it against your own baseline.
- 3. Build with your people
- The people who do the work are in the room, and the work is done on your real material and data, not a tidy sample. Everything is built in your own accounts.
- 4. Hand over
- Your team knows how it works and runs it. No licence, no seat count and no dependency on Setanta when we leave.

How long does an engagement take?
Launch is built to make a whole team faster in week one. Build and Scale depend on the process or product, so there is no standard timeline. Each has a finish line agreed before the work starts, and we say honestly if the scope will not fit.
Who does the work?
Our founder, who has led business systems, data and AI transformations at Catalant, Stylitics, Sony and Machinery Partner. The person you meet on the first call is the person who does the work, alongside your own team.
What do we keep when the engagement ends?
Everything. It runs in your own accounts and infrastructure, and your team knows how it works. There is no licence, no seat count and no dependency on Setanta. You contract with model vendors directly and Setanta takes no margin on that spend.
What is the free Operating Diagnostic?
A free call (book a time) that looks at how your team works today. It finds where Claude would move your numbers first and the process worth fixing first, and says which package fits. If it is not the right time, we say so.
