Setanta is an Anthropic Partner based in Wilmington, NC. We offer five services to 50 to 500 person companies across the US Southeast: a free Operating Diagnostic, the Launch, Build and Scale packages for putting Claude to work, and GTM engineering, a go-to-market system built in your own accounts.

The Diagnostic tells you where to begin. Launch, Build and Scale put Claude to work across the business, and GTM engineering builds the go-to-market system: who to target, how to score them and how to reach them.

Free. A look at how your team works today and where Claude would move your numbers first.
Launch
Make everyone faster in week one. We roll out Claude to your whole team and train them on the work they already do.
Build
Fire your worst process. We find the manual work slowing your business down and rebuild it so AI handles it, start to finish.
Scale
Make AI something your customers pay for. We build Claude into your product so it sells better and keeps customers longer.
GTM engineering
A go-to-market system in your own accounts: ICP and personas, a 100-point score, Clay and Apollo enrichment, reviewed outbound and HubSpot pipeline.

What every engagement shares
The same terms, whichever service you choose.
- It starts with the free Operating Diagnostic, so the first conversation is about your numbers and not a menu.
- Everything is built in your own accounts, with your vendor contracts. Setanta takes no margin on model spend.
- The people who do the work in your business are in the room, and our founder does the work.
- Delivery is remote and on-site across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Virginia and Alabama, from a base in Wilmington, NC.
Some work is turned down: a strategy document as the deliverable, a process whose owner has not agreed it should change, and any brief that is really about replacing a team. The packages page lists the full set.

Wilmington is home. The US Southeast is the territory.
Setanta serves companies in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Virginia and Alabama. The firm is based in Wilmington, NC and delivers remotely and on site across the region. What services does Setanta offer?
Five: the free Operating Diagnostic, three packages (Launch, Build and Scale) for putting Claude to work across the business, and GTM engineering, which builds the go-to-market system: ICP, scoring, enrichment, reviewed outbound and a HubSpot pipeline. Every engagement starts with the Diagnostic.
Which service should we start with?
Start with the free Operating Diagnostic if you are unsure. If your team is not using Claude yet, Launch fits. If one manual process eats the most hours, Build fits. If AI already runs inside the business and you want it in your product, Scale fits.
Does Setanta do Salesforce work?
Only migrations off it. Setanta has no Salesforce implementation practice. If you want to move from Salesforce to HubSpot, Claude assists with mapping, cleanup, deduplication and validation. If you want to add to your Salesforce setup, we are not the right firm.
Where does Setanta deliver?
Remotely and on site across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Virginia and Alabama. The firm is based in Wilmington, NC and has no other office. Most of the work happens in your own accounts, so distance rarely matters.
What is the free Operating Diagnostic?
A free call (book a time) that looks at how your team works today. It finds where Claude would move your numbers first and the process worth fixing first, and says which package fits. If it is not the right time, we say so.
